SHIPPING POLICY

We offer order pickup from our studio in Beyoğlu, Istanbul for clients who prefer to collect their purchases in person.

All international and domestic shipments are calculated based on volumetric weight — determined by the size of the parcel rather than its actual weight. This means the shipping cost may remain the same for one or several items, depending on the total package dimensions.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, after which delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and courier schedules.

Each piece is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. As all our items are vintage, minor signs of age or wear are natural and part of each object’s character. Etajer is not responsible for such imperfections or variations inherent to vintage goods.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order’s progress.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and may be collected by local authorities upon delivery.

KARGO POLITIKASI

Siparişlerini şahsen teslim almak isteyen müşterilerimiz için Beyoğlu, İstanbul’daki stüdyomuzdan teslim almaseçeneği sunuyoruz.

Tüm yurt içi ve yurt dışı gönderiler, hacimsel ağırlık esasına göre hesaplanır — bu hesaplama paketin fiziksel ağırlığından çok boyutlarına dayanır. Bu nedenle kargo ücreti, paketin toplam hacmine bağlı olarak bir veya birkaç ürün için benzer kalabilir.

Siparişler genellikle 1–3 iş günü içinde hazırlanır ve sonrasında teslimat, varış noktasına ve kargo firmasının yoğunluğuna bağlı olarak yaklaşık 3–5 iş günü sürer.

Her parça gönderim öncesinde dikkatlice kontrol edilir ve özenle paketlenir. Tüm ürünlerimiz vintage olduğundan, yaşına bağlı küçük izler veya hafif deformasyonlar doğal kabul edilir ve her parçanın karakterinin bir parçasıdır. Etajer, bu tür doğal kusur veya farklılıklardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

Siparişiniz kargoya verildiğinde, takip numarası size e-posta yoluyla iletilir.

Lütfen unutmayın: Gümrük vergileri, ithalat masrafları ve işlem ücretleri, ürün fiyatına veya kargo ücretine dahil değildir; teslimat sırasında yerel gümrük otoriteleri tarafından tahsil edilebilir.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We recognize that vintage items may sometimes have unexpected qualities. If your product arrives damaged or with undisclosed issues, we are dedicated to assisting you. Please note that minor wear and tear is permissible, as these items are unique vintage pieces. Returns should be initiated within one week of delivery.

Once we have received the returned item(s), refunds may take up to 5 working days to reach your account, depending on your payment method. Payments will be refunded to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or any duties or taxes incurred.

*It may take up to 14 days for your return to reach us due to customs reasons. Once we have received your returned item, it can take up to 3-5 days to process your refund based on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation of this once it has been completed. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. After we receive and process your return, it may take up to 14 working days for your refund to display on your payment card statement.

If your refund has not been credited to your account, please contact your bank.

LOCAL RETURNS

(Yurt İçi İade Prosedürü)

Siparişinizin size teslim tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içerisinde, kullanılmamış ürünlerin zamanında iadesini kabul etmekten mutluluk duyarız. İade etmek istediğiniz ürünler aynı durumda, orijinal ambalajında ve kullanılmamış olmalıdır; orijinal etiket ve aksesuarları ile birlikte teslim edilmelidir. İade edeceğiniz ürünün, ürün bakım kartı, fatura ve ambalajı ile birlikte orijinal durumunda olduğundan emin olunuz. Aksi takdirde, iadeniz kabul edilmeyip geri ödeme yapılamamaktadır. Müşterilerimiz kendi tercih ettiği kargo şirketi ile ürünü bize geri gönderebilir. Ürünlerin geri gönderiminde ortaya çıkacak gönderim ücreti müşterimiz tarafından karşılanacaktır. İade ürün satıcıya, satıcı ödemeli gönderilirse, kargo ücreti iade tutarından düşülecektir. Ürün, Manu Atelier iade adresine teslim edilene kadar müşterinin mesuliyetindedir. Ürünlerin iade edilebilmesi için iade koşullarına uyması gerekmektedir.

AMENDMENTS & CANCELATIONS

Should you want to amend your order for any reason, we are happy to cancel your initial order so a new purchase can be made. Once your order has been shipped, amendments and cancellations with the courier are not possible. We recommend returning your order and placing a new one.
