This website (www.shopetajer.com) is operated by Etajer Ev Dekorasyon Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi. By using the site or purchasing products, you agree to the terms stated here.
Products
All items are vintage, one-of-a-kind, and sold as-is. Minor imperfections due to age are part of their character. Please read descriptions and review photos carefully before purchasing.
Pricing
All prices are listed in TRY. Euro prices are calculated via daily exchange rates. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Returns
We only accept returns in the following cases:
If the item arrives damaged in transit
If the item is significantly different from what was described
In such cases:
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
The item must be returned in the same condition and in the original package it was delivered. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed
We do not accept returns for change of mind or minor vintage wear.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, text, and design belongs to Etajer or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
User Accounts & Newsletter
Users may create accounts to view their orders and save preferences. You may also opt into our newsletter. Email addresses and personal data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (KVKK).
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Turkish law. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of İstanbul, Turkey.

Kapsam
Bu web sitesi (www.shopetajer.com), Etajer Ev Dekorasyon Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi tarafından işletilmektedir. Siteyi kullanarak veya ürün satın alarak bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
Ürünler
Tüm ürünler vintage ve tek adettir. Olduğu gibi satılır. Yaş kaynaklı küçük kusurlar ürünlerin karakterinin bir parçasıdır. Satın almadan önce açıklamaları okuyun ve görselleri dikkatlice inceleyin.
Fiyatlandırma
Tüm fiyatlar TL cinsindendir. EURO fiyatlar günlük kur üzerinden hesaplanır. Fiyatlar önceden haber verilmeden değiştirilebilir.
Siparişler
Sipariş, ödeme başarılı bir şekilde tamamlandıktan sonra onaylanır. Fiyat hataları, stok sorunları veya dolandırıcılık şüphesi durumunda siparişi iptal etme hakkımız saklıdır.
İade Koşulları
Yalnızca aşağıdaki durumlarda iade kabul ediyoruz.
Ürün kargoda hasar görmüşse,
Ürün tanıtılandan belirgin şekilde farklıysa,
Bu durumlarda teslimat sonrası 14 gün içinde bizimle iletişime geçmelisiniz.
Ürün teslim edildiği gibi, orijinal ambalajında geri gönderilmelidir.
İade kargo ücretleri, aksi belirtilmediği sürece alıcıya aittir.
Keyfi nedenlerle veya ürün açıklamasında belirtilen vintage aşınmalar nedeniyle iade kabul edilmez.
Fikri Mülkiyet
Bu sitedeki tüm içerik, görseller, metinler ve tasarım Etajer’e veya lisans verenlerine aittir. İzinsiz kullanılamaz.
Kullanıcı Hesapları & Bülten
Kullanıcılar, siparişlerini görmek ve tercihlerini kaydetmek için hesap oluşturabilir. Dilerseniz bültenimize abone olabilirsiniz. E-posta adresleri ve kişisel veriler KVKK kapsamında işlenir.
